Section 249 - Petition to be accompanied with certain schedulesEvery petition for relief, as aforesaid, shall be accompanied with the following schedules:
I. A statement of all the estate, effects and property of the petitioner, wheresoever situate, and of whatsoever kind.II. A statement of the debts due by him, containing the names of his creditors, the amount due to each, and the nature or character of the debt, so far as he can ascertain the same.III. A statement of the causes of his insolvency, and of the extent of his losses, if any. And the facts set forth in such petition and statements shall be verified by the oath or affirmation of the petitioner.
