Section 321 - Punishment of perjury by insolvent debtor

If any such debtor shall be convicted of perjury, in respect to any oath or affirmation taken by virtue of this act, he shall be liable to arrest and committal, on mesne process, and to be charged in execution, in the same manner as if he had not before been arrested or taken in execution, or as if he had not made application for the benefit of this act, and, moreover, such person shall never afterwards be entitled to his discharge as an insolvent debtor, by virtue of this act.
