Section 36 - Assignment to be acknowledged and recorded

All such assignments shall be acknowledged before some person authorized to take the acknowledgement of deeds, and shall be forthwith recorded in the office of the recorder of deeds, where the debtor shall reside or his principal place of business is situate.
