Section 2719.10 - Local regulation

Nothing in this act shall be deemed to preclude any political subdivision from enacting or enforcing a requirement that junkyards, and automotive dismantlers and recyclers be licensed, or from enacting or enforcing regulations applicable to junkyards, and automotive dismantlers and recyclers more than one thousand feet from the nearest edge of a highway.
