Section 1711 - Route 735. From Penowa-Ohio River road and state line to Route 242 at Manchester Schoolhouse

Commencing at a point where the Penowa-Ohio River road intersects the State line in the County of Washington; and running thence by way of Penowa and Avella to a point in State highway route number two hundred and forty-two at the Manchester Schoolhouse in Washington County.
