Beginning at the intersection of Rushbrook Street and the county road on route number six in Jermyn Borough, Lackawanna County; thence in a westerly direction by way of Heart Lake to Tompkinsville, Lackawanna County, on route number three hundred and twenty-two; thence by way of Wells farm to Fleetville Corners on route number three hundred and sixty-five; thence in a southwesterly direction by way of Lake Sheridan to Factoryville on route number nine.
