Beginning at Peckville on route number six in Blakely Borough, Lackawanna County; passing through Green Grove, Brown Hollow, or Montdale; thence by spur by way of Merrits Corners, Heart Lake, Finch Hill Church, Newton Lake, to an intersection with route number two hundred and ninety-six, and from Montdale to Elm Brook School, Scott Post Office, Orvis School, Tompkinsville and Miller's School to Clifford, Susquehanna County, at the junction of route number one hundred seventy-four.
