Beginning at a point on the Lancaster Pike at the intersection at the old Conestoga Road in the town of Strafford, Delaware County; thence along the said Conestoga Road, in a southeasterly direction through the town of Ithan, and continuing along the Conestoga Road to the town of Rosemount where the said old Conestoga Road intersects with Haverford Road in the County of Delaware.
