Section 1416 - Route 440. From the Hillside Home to Ransom Post Office

Beginning at an intersection with State Highway Route Number Three Hundred and Sixty-five at a point known as "Hillside Home," Lackawanna County; thence in a southwesterly direction to Newton Center; southwest to Ransom Post Office.
