Commencing at a point in State Highway Route Number One Hundred and Forty known as "Long Run Hotel," and running thence northwardly through Wayne Township, Schuylkill County, to a point on the dividing line between Wayne and North Manheim Townships; and from thence through the Borough of Cressona to Conner's trolley station, and intersecting with State Highway Route Number One Hundred and Forty.
