Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of New Castle, and running over route eighty to New Wilmington, thence by way of West Middlesex, Sharon, and Sharpsville to Greenville, thence over route two hundred and six to Jamestown; thence by way of Marshall's Corners to Hartstown; thence over route eighty-two to a point on the boundary line of the city of Meadville, Crawford County.
