Commencing in Laporte, and running over route sixteen to Benton, thence to a point on the dividing line between Columbia and Luzerne counties, thence by way of Harveyville and Huntingdon Mills to Shickshinny, thence over route four to a point on the boundary line of the city of Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County.
