Section 1183 - Route 211. From Smethport to the New York state line

Commencing in Smethport, and running over route ninety-six to Farmers Valley; thence to Larabee; thence over route two hundred and ten to Eldred; thence to Duke Centre; thence, by spur running from Duke Centre to the New York State line, to a point at or near Knapps Creek; thence by way of Red Rock to a point on route ninety-six; thence over route ninety-six to the New York State line.
