Commencing in Lewisburg, and running by way of West Milton, White Deer, Allenwood, and Alvira to a point on the dividing line between Union and Lycoming counties; thence by way of Elimsport, Collomsville, Nippenose, and Antes Fort to Jersey Shore; thence over route twenty-three to a point on the boundary line of the city of Lock Haven, Clinton County.
