Commencing in Wormleysburg, Cumberland County, opposite the city of Harrisburg, and running over route thirty-four to Lemoyne, thence by way of Shepherdstown to a point on the dividing line between Cumberland and York counties, thence by way of Dillsburg, and Clear Spring to a point on the dividing line between York and Adams counties, thence by way of York Springs and Plain View into Gettysburg, Adams County.
