Section 10231.1306 - Adulteration of medical marijuana(a)General rule.--In addition to any other penalty provided by law, a person commits an offense if the person adulterates, fortifies, contaminates or changes the character or purity of medical marijuana from that set forth on the patient's or caregiver's identification card.(b) Grading.--A first offense under this section constitutes a misdemeanor of the second degree.
