Section 10051 - Flammable material in frames(a) No person shall distribute, sell, exchange or deliver, or have in his possession with intent to distribute, sell, exchange or deliver any eyeglass frame or sunglass frame containing any form of cellulose nitrate or other highly flammable materials.(b) Any person violating any provision of this act, shall, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) and costs for each such violation.1972, Jan. 10, P.L.
