Section 6021.106 - Powers and duties of Environmental Quality Board(a) General authority.--The Environmental Quality Board shall have the power and its duty shall be to adopt rules and regulations of the department governing aboveground and underground storage tanks to accomplish the purposes and carry out the provisions of this act.(b) Registration fees.-- The registration fees established under sections 302 and 502 shall be permanent fees paid by tank owners.
