Section 5701.1106 - Amounts(a) General rule.--The total amount of funds received by a hospital under this chapter shall not exceed the uncompensated care amount reported to the council.(b) Allocation.--Of the funds appropriated for this chapter, 85% shall be used for payments to hospitals under section 1103 , and 15% shall be used for payments to hospitals under section 1105. 2001, June 26, P.L. 755, No. 77, § 1106, effective 7/1/2001.
