Section 448.401b - Powers and duties of policy boardThe policy board shall exercise all powers necessary and appropriate to carry out its duties, including the following:
(1) Advise and assist the department in development and revision of the State health services plan.(2) Annually review a work plan developed by the department which identifies those provisions of the State health services plan which must be revised, reconsidered or developed within the succeeding calendar year.(3) Annually review the list of clinically related health services subject to review developed by the department pursuant to the provisions of section 701 . 1979, July 19, P.L. 130, No. 48, § 401.2, added 1992, Dec. 18, P.L. 1602, No. 179, § 3, imd. effective.
