Section 700j-1002 - Misdemeanors

For a third or subsequent offense committed within a five (5) year period, any person violating any provision of this act, or any rule, regulation or order of the board lawfully made, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or to undergo imprisonment not exceeding one (1) year, or both, in the discretion of the court.
