Section 111.29 - Denial, suspension and revocation of licenses, permits and certificates(a) Upon receipt of a complaint from any person or of a report of any agent of the secretary concerning an alleged violation of any provision of this act or of the regulations adopted hereunder or of an order issued pursuant hereto by the holder of a license, permit or certificate, the secretary after a hearing may suspend such license, permit or certificate for a period not to exceed ten days pending an inquiry into the matter.(b) After hearing, the secretary may deny, modify, suspend or revoke a license, permit or certificate issued or to be issued pursuant to the provisions of this act if he finds that the applicant or holder has violated any provision of this act or of the regulations adopted hereunder or of an order issued pursuant hereto.1974, March 1, P.L. 90, No. 24, § 9, effective 2/1/1978.
