Section 1115 - Acts not authorized(a) Nothing contained in this act shall authorize any person to carry out a cloud seeding operation from Pennsylvania to seed in another state where such cloud seeding is prohibited.(b) Nothing contained in this act shall be construed to authorize the suppression of lightning.1968, Jan. 19, P.L.
