Section 3556 - Enforcement(1) The Attorney General shall have prosecutorial jurisdiction over all violations committed under this act.(2) The district attorney of any county in which a violation has occurred shall have concurrent powers and responsibilities with the Attorney General over violations committed under this act.Added by P.L. 195 2012 No. 18,§ 9, eff. 3/14/2012.
