Current through Pa Acts 2024-53, 2024-56 through 2024-92
Such grants, appropriations or allocations from the Federal Government as may be received by the Superintendent of Public Instruction or the State educational authority for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under the provisions of this act shall be paid in to the State Treasury. Disbursement of such funds from the State Treasury shall be by warrant of the Auditor General.
