Section 20-2062-L - ReportThe agency shall prepare and submit to the Governor, the General Assembly and the Secretary of Education no later than December 31, 2025, and each December 31 thereafter, a report detailing the operation of the program. The report shall, at a minimum, include:
(1) A list of the in-demand occupation for which grants may be sought.(2) The number of new grant applicants and renewal grant applications.(3) The number of grants awarded to students.(4) The number of grants awarded to students by approved course of study.(5) The number of grants awarded to students by institution of higher education.(6) The average value of a grant award.(7) The number of grant recipients that are employed and meeting the work requirement under section 2052-L(4)(vi)(B).(8) The number of grant recipients that are employed and meeting the work requirement by occupation.(9) The number of grant recipients that have not met the work requirement.(10) The amount of money reimbursed to the Commonwealth by grant recipients that have not met the work requirement.Added by P.L.
