Section 18-1853 - Contracts to lease

An area career and technical board authorized to establish and operate an area career and technical school or technical institute may enter into contracts with the State Public School Building Authority, municipal authorities, nonprofit corporations, municipal corporations, political subdivisions, public and quasi-public and private agencies, Federal Government and its agencies and instrumentalities to lease lands and buildings for the purpose of operating an area career and technical school or technical institute.
