Section 6-615 - Reopening of 2011-2012 budget

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a board of school directors of a school district may reopen its 2011-2012 budget to reflect Federal and State allocations for fiscal years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 provided by the act of June 30, 2011 (P.L. ___, No. 1A), known as the General Appropriation Act of 2011.
