Section 12625 - Contents of articles
The articles of incorporation shall set forth:
(a) The name of the "Authority."(b) A statement that an "Authority" is formed under this act.(c) The name of the incorporating county, together with the names and addresses of its county commissioners and the chief clerk of the board of county commissioners.
