Section 12681 - Credit of state or municipality not to be pledged

Notwithstanding any provisions of this act, the "Authority" shall have no power to pledge the credit of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or the credit of any county, city, borough, township or other municipality of said Commonwealth, or to create any debt of said Commonwealth or of such municipality, county, city, borough or township, and the bonds and debts of said "Authority" shall be a lien upon and payable solely from the assets and revenues of said "Authority."
