Section 9756 - Recording certificates, etc., of bankruptcy

The recorders of deeds of the different counties of this commonwealth shall receive for record and shall record any certificate or certificates of bankruptcy, or in reference to bankruptcy, which any act of Congress of the United States may hereafter provide for, as being necessary to be filed in the county wherein lands of the bankrupt are situate, in order to be notice to the world of such bankruptcy, and to vest the title to such lands in the receiver or trustee in bankruptcy, and to divest the title of the bankrupt in such real estate.
