The district attorneys of the several counties of the Commonwealth are hereby authorized to organize themselves into a State association, with the authority to hold meetings at such times and places within the Commonwealth as they may designate, not to exceed one meeting in each year, for the purpose of discussing the various questions arising in the discharge of their duties, and for the purpose of providing for a uniform and economical method of administering the affairs of their respective offices.
