The county commissioners shall provide the fire marshal and deputy fire marshals with suitable offices, and shall pay or cause to be paid out of the treasury all the costs of maintenance thereof, including clerk and stenographic hire, and all necessary supplies, stationery, postage and other incidental expenses.
