Section 6141-B - Governmental immunity

It is hereby declared to be the intent of the General Assembly that the district created under this article and its officers, officials and employes shall enjoy governmental immunity except as provided by and subject to the provisions of 42 Pa.C.S. Ch. 85 Subchs. A (relating to general provisions) and C (relating to actions against local parties).
