Section 5728 - Bridge for pedestrians only

When the county commissioners of the county have been legally authorized to erect a county bridge and when, in the exercise of their discretion, it is found that a bridge for pedestrians only will sufficiently accommodate public travel at the place in question, they are authorized to erect such bridge instead of a bridge for general traffic.
