Section 5602 - Certain property not to be taken by eminent domain

The power conferred by this article shall not be exercised to enter upon, appropriate, take, injure or destroy any church property, graveyard or cemetery, except for the purposes and subject to the provisions of the act of May 12, 1887 (P.L. 96).
