Section 5508 - Conveyances to general state authority

The county may grant, assign and convey to the General State Authority, with or without consideration, any lands, easements or rights in lands, together with any improvements, buildings or structures therein or thereon, now owned by such county or hereafter acquired by it, needed or convenient as a site for a county courthouse, or may lease to the Authority, for a term not exceeding ninety-nine years, at a nominal or such other rental as may be determined, any or all such lands, easements or rights in lands, together with any improvements, structures or buildings therein or thereon.
