Section 3000.3903 - Repeals related to Article XXX(a) Article XXXI-B of the act of July 28, 1953 (P.L. 723, No. 230), known as the "Second Class County Code," is repealed insofar as it would restrict or interfere with the making of grants to the Regional Renaissance Authority as authorized bysection 3044(a)(4) . (b) The definition of "redevelopment assistance capital project" in sections 1602-B and 1616.1-B(b) of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 343, No. 176), known as "The Fiscal Code," are repealed insofar as they would restrict or interfere with the provision of funding by the Commonwealth for the construction of regional destination facilities, as defined in section 3013, as redevelopment assistance capital projects.(c) The following acts and parts of acts are repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with Article XXX: Section 8(6) of the act of December 31, 1965 (P.L. 1257, No. 511), known as "The Local Tax Enabling Act."
The third sentence of section 1003(g) and the second sentence of section 1110(b) of the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L. 1333, No. 320), known as the "Pennsylvania Election Code."
(d) All other acts and parts of acts are repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with Article XXX.1955, August 9, P.L. 323, No. 130, § 3903, added 1997, June 18, P.L. 179, No. 18, § 5, imd. effective.
