The authority may authorize issues of bonds, sell bonds, use net proceeds of bond sales, refund bonds, adopt pledges, mortgages, covenants, indentures and trusts, exercise remedies and confer additional remedies upon persons holding bonds in the same manner as provided by sections 7 through 10 of the act of June 27, 1986 (P.L. 267, No. 70) , known as the "Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority Act," as in effect on June 18, 1997.
