Section 3000.3056 - Rules and regulations

Rules and regulations shall be applicable to the taxes imposed under sections 3051 through 3057 in the same manner as is provided for insection 506(1) and (2) of the act of June 5, 1991 (P.L. 9, No. 6) , known as the "Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority Act for Cities of the First Class."
