Section 2708 - Borrowing money; bond issue and tax levy

The county commissioners may borrow money and secure any indebtedness created by them for the purposes authorized under this article, in accordance with 53 Pa.C.S. Pt. VII Subpt. B (relating to indebtedness and borrowing).
