-Subject to the provisions of 74 Pa.C.S. (relating to transportation), a county may establish, construct and provide for airports in accordance with the provisions of this article. For purposes of this article, the term "airports" shall be defined as provided in 74 Pa.C.S. § 5102 (relating to definitions).
