Section 1233-B - Salary of solicitor and costs in counties of the second class.In counties of the second class, the following shall apply:
(1) The salary of the solicitor to the medical examiner shall be determined by the salary board. The salary shall be paid out of the fees received and paid into the office of the coroner.(2) Costs and expenses incurred by the coroner in a manner connected with litigation or claims arising out of or relating to the coroner's office shall be paid by the county out of fees received by the coroner's office.Added by P.L.
