Section 503 - Meetings, regular and special; conduct of meetings; notices(a) The commissioners shall adopt rules for the conduct and order of business and establish regular times and places of meeting. A copy of the rules shall be posted at all times in a conspicuous place in the county court house for the benefit of the public.(b) Each commissioner shall have at least twenty hours notice of any special meeting and of the nature of business to be conducted at the meeting, unless the notice is waived by the commissioner in writing or by attendance at the special meeting.
