Section 341 - Validation of acts and contracts

Whenever heretofore any county of this Commonwealth, under or by virtue of an act, entitled "An act requiring counties now or hereafter containing a population of not less than seven hundred and fifty thousand, and not more than one million two hundred thousand, inhabitants, to establish and maintain schools for the care and education of male children under the jurisdiction of the juvenile courts, and conferring the powers and regulating the proceedings for the establishment, maintenance, and management thereof," approved the first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and the amendments thereof and supplements thereto, has established and maintained a school for the care and education of male children under the jurisdiction of the juvenile courts, all acts done, all contracts and expenditures made by virtue of, and all obligations issued under, the provisions of said act, are hereby validated, ratified, and confirmed, to the same extent and with like effect as if the said act had applied to each and every county within this Commonwealth and to the same extent as if such act of Assembly was constitutional and valid.
