Section 328.308 - [Renumbered from 321] Special permits(a) Issuance and fee.--The licensing authority shall issue a special permit for each raffle in which the licensed eligible organization proposes to award individual prizes in excess of $3,000. The licensing authority may establish and collect a fee not to exceed $25 for the issuance of special permits under this section.(b) Permit application.-- Each special permit application shall specify the location where the actual drawing will be held, the number of chances to be sold, the price per chance and the prize to be awarded.Amended by P.L. 1062 2013 No. 92, § 7, eff. 1/26/2014.Renumbered from § 321by P.L. 7 2012 No. 2, § 11, eff. 3/3/2012.1988, Dec. 19, P.L. 1262, No. 156, §11, effective in 60 days.
