Section 328.303 - [Renumbered from 316] Sales limited(a) General rule.--No person shall sell, offer for sale or furnish games of chance for use within this Commonwealth except to an eligible organization or licensed distributor under this chapter.(b) Organizations Limitation.--No game of chance, other than a raffle under section 302(d), sold, offered for sale or furnished to a licensed eligible organization for use within this Commonwealth shall contain, permit, depict or designate a prize having a prize limit in excess of $2,000.Amended by P.L. 1062 2013 No. 92, § 3.1, eff. 1/26/2014.Renumbered from § 316 by P.L. 7 2012 No. 2, § 7, eff. 3/3/2012.1988, Dec. 19, P.L. 1262, No. 156, § 6, effective in 60 days.
