Section 328.906 - Change in ownership(a) Notice.--A licensee shall notify the board of a change of ownership of the premises or sale or transfer of the restaurant license.(b)Qualification.--The purchaser or transferee of the assets or premises of a licensee must independently qualify for a license, pay the license fee and undergo and pay fees and costs for a background investigation under section 903.Added by P.L. 1045 2013 No. 90, § 5, eff. 1/26/2014.
