Section 25B07 - Appropriations

Council may make appropriations to a political subdivision or municipal authority for the construction, purchase, improvement, repair, maintenance and operation of a facility for the collection, removal, disposal or marketing of municipal waste, recyclable materials or composted leaf and yard waste.
