Section 3718 - Minor prohibited from operating with any alcohol in system(a) Offense defined.--Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, a minor shall not drive, operate or be in physical control of a motor vehicle while having any alcohol in his system.(b) Penalty.--A person who violates subsection (a) commits a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $100.(c) Definition.--As used in this section, the term "minor" means a person under 21 years of age.1996, July 2, P.L. 535, No. 93, § 2, effective in 30 days; 1996, July 11, P.L. 660, No. 115, § 13, effective in 30 days.
